Every time I order something for delivery . The mailman just walks up and throws a tag on the door. Doesn't knock or ring the doorbell they don't even try to deliver it happens everytime. Why do we pay for it to be delivered when we always have to go pick it up

Not this location (at least not staff I deal with) but Canada post service has been going down hill in the last year. Northside delivery as been very bad and the head office just makes excuses, I hope they see this along with my service tickets and fix the issues. We have pay good $ for delivery and it so intermittent
