Worst service possible, can barely get ahold of an actual person to be able to figure out where my packages get placed! Like my product says it’s scanned in my city but you team can’t seem to find my house? And now I can’t even just go pick up my package because I can’t get ahold of anyone!!! Garbage company!!

Want to know why Canada Post is having difficulties being sustainable, perhaps it has something to do with high rates, slow shipping, non existent customer service. Disregard for personal property. Can't wait to support contracted mail services.

I always get my packages in the late afternoon even though the package itself has been in the facility for at least 24 hours. The people who deliver my package always come at weird and very inconvenient times and are most of the time very slow. I've even had packages not come when they were suppose to be delivered. Also the mail carrier (with the letters) doesn't come until the afternok either which is really annoying and inconvenient as well. Someone should hire more capable package and letter carriers that deliver BEFORE noon.

I came to them with a request to find my lost mail, which was extremely important to me. They tracked it down within less than an hour and it was delivered to my mailbox that same day. Everyone make mistakes (in this case delivery driver overlooked the address), however post office representative and their supervisor definitely demonstrated a great costumer service. Thank you!
