I see there are already reviews from 2 months up to even a year ago with the same issue which means they clearly do not care about their service. I have the same issue as many others, no one attempts to deliver the packages. They just leave a note in the mail box. I am trying to run a small business and do not always have access to a vehicle, even if I did I cannot be burning fuel running down town every week or other day when you were literally right outside my door and just couldn't be bothered.

This location is an absolute joke! This should have been closed down LONG BEFOR the 9th Ave location.. the staff here are NOT competent. And there is even a better location nearer to my house! Why do my parcels always get locked up here! Absolutly abysmal service. Canada post you need to address this shamefully mess!

I just bought 4 tapes in the post office for custom use, if you need to tape your parcel before shipping, just go there ask them the tape. Otherwise they will tell you to buy your own tape.

The drivers don't do there job, I was home all morning they didn't even attempt to drop off my package. They just left the notice to pick it up. Then I go to pick it up and it's not even there people now a days don't care about their work it's quite sad. I'm only 30 and I still see lazy People everywhere sad indeed.

Didn't bother to deliver. Just left the note. Happens quite often. I have a camera at the door and my wife is on maternity, so we can twll what goes on. Why can't they attempt delivery? What really annoys me is that the note says WE weren't home.
