Very bad customer service... They refused my package for no good reason (because they say it was another company that delivered to them...). We agree that no matter where I order from, it won't necessarily be Canada Post. It's really ridiculous the waste of time and money that it's causing me. I live in an apartment and I can't leave my package here while I'm working because it could be stolen. So I deliver to the nearest post office, this Canada Post and here is what happens...UNPLEASANT

He has an old mr. Not very sympathetic who works there and I do not understand how he can still work there! I have never been served like this in all my life, I even let him know that he had a funny way of serving these customers. I'm totally in shock to know who's been there for a long time and no one is sending him away. He should work in a factory where he doesn't have to talk to anyone.
