One star rating as Google won't allow zero stars. Mail delivery by carrier once a week if we are lucky with at least one piece the wrong person or address. Absolutely rude and incompetent staff on front end. Needs to be investigated.

Open 7 days a week, have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating although the lines can que up at times. Other than the occasional misplaced junk mail in my po box, have never had much of a problem.
