Girl with purple hair (Courtney) has no idea what she’s doing. She registered my visa improperly and made things really hard for me at Christmas time. The hours are wrong on the site so you never know when to go there. They’re extremely rude and they are confused the entire time. No one there knows what they are doing and there clearly is no training for new employees.

Hours are not correct. I understand Covid Hours but you need to update your google listings. It is Canada Post so I'm not surprised at the laziness. Not even updating hours and the only sign is when you get to the desk
