I have had three packages not delivered. One was delivered to the wrong address, and two just disappeared (allegedly delivered). The most recent one was delivered last week at the same time as an identical package. (Two parts to one order) both the same sender, same size, same address. I recieved one.) Also, on other occasions, I have recieved "final notice" for post office pick up for packages that I didnt receive an initial notice for at all.

Without a doubt , this is the best, most efficient Post Office I have been to, helpful and kind staff that keep their humor even in the thick of Christmas shipping madness. Well done everyone and all the best in 2019! See you again soon!

Such a lovely place to mail a letter! Thank you for: amazing service, employees with a sense of humour, helpfulness, and always a "little something" for my dog! In case there are those that won't see this, I am also sending a card, 'cause I was just that impressed!

This particular Canada Post Office is the best I've ever been to. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. They're always willing to help. They make living and doing business in Nelson a pleasure.

I have quite a few packages delivered these days, my packages arrive within a reasonable time period, undamaged & the staff are friendly.
