We received a package that should have gone to someone else. Canada post delivered this package to our address despite the package having a different address. It is very difficult to find a phone number to report this issue quickly. This isn't the 1st time that I received incorrect mail. I would prefer not to have my mail delivered by Canada post. The website should have a phone number listed to expedite issues of this nature.

Left a not on the door saying that 'we missed you ' even though I was home and then when I went to pick up my parcel, I was told to come next day coz the Canada post employee was too busy and was not willing to help me out

cant provide any useful information at all, didnât care to listen to what i said, and clearly wanted me to leave. i was doing my best to be polite but both gentlemen i spoke to were very quick to talk down to me in an incredibly rude and insulting tone. i donât know if itâs because iâm a young women or if theyâre just mean people but either way i nearly left crying from how they treated me and the situation. incredibly disappointing.
