Always have to wait. If someone has a lot of things to mail or ship, there is no one to come out to take the simple transaction like buying a stamp or purchase mailing envelopes. And if you have a problem, call head office for the answer The post office at Chisholm book store is excellent to deal with.

I have found that the Kentville post office have been doing a great job compared to what I've been reading about for most of the province. I have never had an issue so far, keep up the good work. And for an update, Kentville is falling behind like the rest, disappointing.

Way to long to wait, should have a parcel in 3-5 days Express post but everytime it takes 7-10 days. The parcel is always there but they decide not to deliver, not cool, get er done, do your best, serve the people, you make good money, shouldn't be issues.

Service was very slow. It tool 37 minutes to drop off a pre shipped package with only 2 people in front of me. Many opportunities for improved efficiency.
