Worst service ever. Any time we have to come here the workers are rude(including the manager!) Because my husband's ID address didn't match the one they had..so we had to bring other documents etc. They were continually rude every time and treat you like the problem. Their shop is a bit crowded/hoarded like the last time we went in there..definitely not professional at all. Unfortunately, some deliveries have not arrived and we have had to come here again and again making me wish to never use canada post. We are home and yet they don't even bother to buzz our unit and see if we are home before leaving a slip to pick the package up. We don't have this issue with anyone else only canada post..they are lazy and such a headache to deal with. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Horrid customer service over the phone. Older lady refused me sending my partner with 2 pieces of mail, MY full ID and an extra piece of ID and got very verbally agressive abd made me cry over the phone and hung up abruptly. Horrible customer service.

worst service of all time. horrible, rude staff. if you don't have to use this place, don't. unfortunately I have to pick up items from here once in a while. I'd rather drive half hour away imstead of dealing with this location.

i've been there a couple times with not great service but probably 10+ times with good service. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Generally this post office is great. But their hours are most often not updated online. Have come multiple times over the year on days that the Google listing says they are open, but each time myself as well as others are caught at the locked door with a piece if paper taped to the it with their actual current hours. Very frustrating... especially for older ones, those who walk or have to go out of their way and brave the weather.
