A parcel for a coworker was delivered to our business. When the delivery man came to the desk with the parcel, he immediately started speaking even though he could see that I was on the phone with a potential guest. I pointed him in the direction of the office belonging to the girl the parcel was being delivered for (which was fifteen feet away) and he told me it wasn't his [sic] job to run all over the building in the middle of the hotel lobby and stormed off. My coworkers and myself couldn't believe how unprofessional this person had acted. Not impressed. Canada Post certainly is not and will not be a company we use again if we can help it.

I had redeemed giftcards and sent to my address, when a month passed I contacted the company asking if they sent them, they did send them AND said they were already used in my city at the grocery store I redeemed them too. There is only one grocery store for the cards I redeemed them for. There are thief's at the location, be careful what you send in the mail.

I use Canada Post all the time. I sell antiques and the staff at the local outlet are very helpful and always get my parcels to their destination. I definitely recommend using them.

It seems this place is always closed due to "staffing issues" or on breaks. Hire some people already!
