We all know that as soon as Halloween is over, the upcoming Holiday Season is what everyone looks forward to!! With this, the Postal Office always seems to be one of the busiest places and unfortunately, stress levels can easily escalate pretty quickly. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Clinton, not once, but twice yesterday, and it is quite evident that this "busy" time of year is now upon us!! I was completely moved to see to what lengths Clinton went to with each and every Client to deliver an outstanding experience. He definitely is an Excellent example of the basic rule when working in Customer Service...."Treat every Client as if they are your only Client of the day"....this is exactly what Clinton did. He took the time to speak with each and every Client about the specifics around requirements, details, possible future related inquiries etc. to insure that they were completely well-informed and that there would be no unpleasant surprises. You could easily see, from both verbal and physical cues, that each and every Client was completely "wowed" by his detailed level of Customer Service and true caring - and this was during both my visits!! It's also very important to note that he did this with such friendliness, patience, calmness and professionalism...and at the same time...speed!!!...all within very close proximity to the lineup of Clients patiently waiting for their turn. Excellent Customer Service Clinton, thank you again for all your help!!

I ship packages quite frequently and this is my go-to Canada Post drop off point, hands down. Staff are friendly and overall very positive to deal with!

After waiting 15-20 minutes they inform me I have to tape the box or buy a whole roll of tape from them for a ridiculous price, which they literally have tape beside them, and no doubt a ton in the back. A small 6x6 inch box which requires maybe an 8 inch piece of tape. Must be company policy but because its such a complete rip off that makes it a 1 star in my eyes.

I've visited this Canada Post twice. Once they wouldn't take my package with a pre-printed return label, but I went to the Northside Canada Post and dropped it off the same day with no issue. Today, just before closing, they wouldn't take another return I had because it was closing time. A return doesn't take any work, you just drop it off. But the woman working wouldn't let me.

Not impressed by their service at all. We had a package sent to us and we went to pick it up after they had told us that it would only be available one more day or they would send it back to the sender. Then we got a notice a WEEK later saying we had a package to be picked up at the post office which turned out to not be our second package we were expecting but another notice for the first package (which they had told us on the phone a week earlier would be sent back within the next day if not picked up.) Was expecting a package tomorrow (according to the Canada Post tracking website) and it came today. I could not get to the door quickly and the guy took off, I carefully tried to go out to tell him I was here and he drove away with me standing a couple meters behind his van! Awful postal service!!!
