Fast and cost efficient. Thank you for getting my important package on time and approximately a 3rd of the price, in this case, of FEDEX or PUROLATOR. This post office could use an update, perhaps nothing major, but ask the staff if there changes or tools and support we would all benefit from. Thank you. Peace Happiness and good health to you

This office assured me that my package was in my community mail box, and that the courier just forgot to leave a key for it. The lady told me she would call me back later that day to let me know how I could retrieve my key for my package. She never called back. After 3 days straight of calling persistently, my calls were put straight to voicemail. I figured they must just be busy. However, my friend calls the same location and they pick up on the second ring. Leaving me to assume they are purposely ignoring my call. That's besides the point though. I contact head office and they tell me that my package was NEVER at the community mailbox, and that there was a mix up with the delivery...so I never got my package after all, and had to reorder. This wouldn't be a big deal typically, but this item was over $150 and as a student that isn't "nothing" to me. No part of my interaction was positive with this post office.

Package was left in the lobby for anyone to steal. Never leave packages for people in a lobby. No card was left for me to go pick up the package like its suppose to be done. No one called my buzzer for me to go take it from the mailman like its suppose to be done. Do your jobs post men and dont leave a package for someone in a lobby for anyone to steal!!

Great experience, thanks to Tyler. Had to send mail "rush" cost $10.64. Had a roll of $0.65 stamps ... Tyler encouraged me to use them up. He put the 19 stamps on the envelope. I still owed $.05 but had not change. He pulled a nickel out of his pocket to complete the sale. I was not expecting such great service or such a personable response. Thanks Tyler. Before going to Lindsay, I tried calling to check hours and options. The phone went to a recording that said the mail box was full. Mail box should be cleared am and pm. Was later able to get through.
