I had a very positive experience at this location. I tried to ship my winter tires across the country and the people really helped me with the wrapping and lifting my tires. I wasn't sure, how they will be shipped but they did an amazing job. This is an unprecedented time, I appreciate their patience and compassion :)

At this specific location, I've had 90% good experiences. But Canada post in general, needs to get their s#!? Together and start culling the herd so to speak. There's too many entitled or lazy union workers that wouldn't know an honest days work, if they tripped over it. Even then they would leave it for the next shift to pick up. I can't understand why you would pay a employee that doesn't seem to want or care about their contractual duties. It's not how a successful business should work. It's not that hard to imagine frustrated people acting out their anger towards employees of canada post. I hope things improve,but our history doesn't give much hope. We seem to gravitate towards violence and it is sad.

I have never had any problems that I can recall in forty years but,in the past three months Bell Canada is repeatedly telling me they are not receiving my posted payments, discovered later they had received the first payment they were talking about within five days but,told me they did not receive it. Then they sent me a new bill yesterday and with late charge, again I had sent them 220 dollars June 15th,so over a month ago, they insisted they have no record of it and it is Canada Post's fault????? I do not feel I have to run to my bank or try to contact Canada Post for Bell Canada, the money was sent and I'm pretty sure they received so not sure what the game is here. It takes a month for my bank statements to come in the mail,so far first call to Bell was 21 wasted mins, .second call was 37 wasted minutes and then they want ME to contact my bank and Canada Post??/What is going on here? Where are my payments sitting and why are they blaming Canada Post?

I generally do not have issues with CP however when it comes to parcel delivery they certainly have a long list of excuses for why it wasnt delivered and if you go pick up because you know it's just sitting there. They refuse to let you have it unless you have a slip. It's kind of ridiculous.

Today I received racist hate mail delivered by Canada Post in the form of a newspaper called the Epoch Times . This paper is total racist propaganda that is full of made up stories and hate literature .I thought that Canada Post is better that that !!
