Terrible customer service. The young lady working this morning was very unfriendly. Poor attitude, poor communication. There's no need to a treat customers like that. Management is clearly struggling to outline acceptable CS standards and performance. I expect more from Canada Post. If I treated my customers like that, I'd be out of business. Not good. Update: A year later and this Canada Post employee still possesses the same disgruntled disposition. From the grimace look on her face upon greeting you to the tone in her voice, right down to her blatant inability nor willingness to provide the customer service that one would expect in any professional environment. It is disconcerting how her poor attitude, unprofessionalism and compete disregard for kind, courteous, prompt and friendly service has been unaddressed by Rexall management and/or corporate Canada Post, it's completely unacceptable. It also appears that this employee requires more technical training as she was unable to complete a simple task that many other Canada Post employees have been able to execute with ease at a few different outlets in the community. This Canada Post outlet will no longer be getting anymore of my business due to this one individual, which is too bad because there are a couple exceptional employees at this location that have been there for a short period of time compared to this long standing disgruntled employee (Jessica - I believe her name is) that display the type of customer service expected of any CSR position. We all have bad days, and yes Covid has put a strain on us all, but this has been going on far longer than a bad day and beyond these stressful and uncertain Covid times. No excuses for this consistent horrendous service - she is a complete nightmare to deal with, and if you read other reviews, I'm not the only one that recognizes this. Shame Rexall Management and Shame Canada Post. And yes management - feel free to reach out so I can assist you in rectifying this situation with your toxic and problematic, bad seed of an employee.

After visiting multiple times over the last couple weeks I have decided to never ship from this Canada post again. The younger girl at the counter (dark curly hair and glasses) has consistently given rude customer service to the point where my business partner and I regularly leave irritated. Multiple times we have been spoken down to and quoted incorrect prices- only receiving the correct price after we explained we were aware of more options. As I can see this isn’t an isolated experience with customers and I hope management finds a solution to the problem. Until then, I will not be returning to this Canada Post location or Rexall again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Every time I go they won't fill out the customs for me but they tell me they will print it if I do it online at home, other post offices said they this post office can fill them out they just don't/won't. This is the closest post office to me, I kind of needed them to do their job :/

Nothing but problems with this location. Refusing to ship to a know adress even after giving multiple other alternative addresses. Contacted the shipper multiple times to even tell the post office that is is the correct adress and they still refuse. Will be switching to purolator. Nothing but problems with canadapost. Late deliveries, no delivery notices being left. Packages being tossed in a locked container I dont have acess to and more. I encourage everyone to use any courier but Canada post I you want to be able to run a business and not deal with constant problems. UPDATE: walked into purolator. They shipped to the adress no problems at all and where friendly and very helpfull.
