Canada Post, North Bay, ON

Just went in to the Canada post to see if a package that was previously out for delivery came back to the outlet, the worker was an older woman with purple short hair and was ignored when trying to ask a question then she proceeds to get on the phone to talk with a few different people while I stood there still waiting for her to give me attention. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and rudely in a Canada post ever. So this outlet gets 1 star because of how terrible this employee was to a customer 👎👎

Employees are unprofessional and impolite over the phone and in person. It is unacceptable that Canada Post is forcing customers to go to the post office to pick up packages during the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Tried calling the post office on Josephine three times today and never got through.I was on hold at least 10 to 15 minutes each time. There is no excuse for this. I’m really thinking of changing pharmacy.The pharmacy department isn’t great either,no customer service or appreciation. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service just visited right now young man is not interested in his job
