Canada Post, Ingersoll, ON

My package was "out for delivery " waited all morning until the status changed to "reschedualed for next day" I went to Canada Post and they will not give me my package or a refund for the late delivery that I still do not have. No reason why my package was not delivered either. If I can drive to them why can't they deliver my package? Why hold it and not give it to me when I go to Canada Post? UPDATE : next day, still no package

Horrible place!!! Go somewhere else!!! They spilled some liquid on my packages that couldn't read the addresses to be shipped out. A month later we went back to see what happened to it. Since no one got anything. They had them all along. Them they said that will expedite 2 oF the packages.... and now it's been 2 weeks and they lost them for second time! They lost my gift small package and can't find it. Since was in envelope and not track able and nothing they can do about it!!!! Maybe stop bringing in liquid to where you send out things??? Have you considered it???? Don't u have a break room to eat and drink?????? Horrible!!!!! 2 months of hassle with this post office. One package I was able to get back in a GROCERY STORE BAG !! Since they ruined my box the other 3 lost!!! No sign of it!!

Terrible service mail carriers can't carry the mail and deliver it to the addresses on the letters. I never had a community mail box. Untill the useless mail carrier said they wont deliver mail anymore, packages get delivered wrong or not at all would never recommend shipping with them. Only reason I have to deal with them is for my regular mail. Other wise I would never deal with them. If i could give them a worse rating I would.
