Standing in line for long periods of time. Sometimes only one person working at counter. Hours are reduced and they are short staffed. Can't believe they can't get people to fill positions! This is not the local employees fault, it is Canada Post Corporation's fault. Well, that's why it's called snail mail.

Recieved taped up/open mail more than a few times, apparently that just happens and it's allowed at this branch? Not happy at all with the service as they also put packages as delivered a day or two before it actually hits your mailbox, by that time your already in contact with the company about a missing package, so makes ordering online a bit of a hassle.
