Maybe it’s just me, but i never talk back to clients at work, as it’s bad practice and not my place. These people have no problem with that though, making snarky comments about my “attitude” all the while acting like I’m trying to do something illegal when attempting to retrieve my parcel. If you’re not satisfied with the multiple pieces of ID i’m presenting, there’s a polite and efficient way of saying it. You don’t have to default to being condescending, suspicious and talking in circles. Not doing business again with this post office any time soon.
