Impossible to pick up your package inside of hours. Closing early, now closed at 4 "due to staffing shortages" with no updated info on opening times posted on delivery notice or Google. Extremely frustrating. More than happy to pay another company extra money rather than deal with Canada post

Lady at the front desk was really rude. I was holding my baby clearly struggling with squiggly worm, and I needed a return package sticker cut out. She literally tossed the scissors at me and watched me struggle while holding my 6 month old baby trying to cut this paper. When I asked for help (cause she was just standing there awkwardly watching me???) she rolled her eyes. The lady was rude not once out twice

My partner has tried 2 times now to pick up something for me from the post office and each time they were closed....DURING BUSINESS HOURS (once at 130pm on a Friday and the next time at 3pm on a Tuesday)!!! I don't work in town so I'm unable to pick them up. He has left work 2 times and each time it was closed! VERY POORLY MANAGED!!! I guess eventually my package will just be sent back which isn't fair to the customer. There needs to be something done about this. Reading the other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one who experiences this.

Went to pick up parcel today, at10 am and sign posted saying only open 11-3 today. So frustrating..we have had other issues with this po and they really need to get their act together. Seems very poorly run IMHO

The staff are friendly enough but you never know when this location is going to be open or closed. We have drove in to town on multiple occasions to find the post office closed at 2pm on weekdays…poor management of this location.

All of the staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful! You can find everything you need here including PO Box rentals. Yes, they are closed on the weekend but it’s Kimberley, c’mon. :)
