Their store’s employees are very nice but their headquarters is really irresponsible when problems happen. All they say is “we will open an investigation for you” and yet no response. UPS and Amazon prime is much better than this shameful postal service.

I have a PO box, I don't understand why things are being delivered to my door while I'm at work. Obviously I'm not going to be there to receive and I'm forced to go up to Sobey's to get the item.

Despite how nice the clerks are, the post office is very inefficient when it comes to dealing with parcels after the delivery date. They close early and there is no way to reach the office if you need a parcel held. They just return the package to sender and tell you "sorry, we can't do anything about it."
