This Canada Post location is no longer available to the public, it is just a distribution centre. The two closest locations are downtown, at shoppers on Franklin and 101-9914 Morrison Street, I hope this helps someone. đ

My last experience was enough for me to finally have to write this review, I finally had enough.
Got a package slip put on my door, parcel was ready for pickup at this location next day. Drove 20 minutes to get, theyâre closed. Holiday apparently. Next day I drove 20 minutes again, guess what? A very elderly lady tells me my package is not there. I ask where is it then?? She says it could arrive here anytime⊠I ask if she can have a look? She said it wasnât here. Another younger lady asked if she could see my slip, she grabs the slip and goes out back and immediately comes out with my parcel within 30 seconds. Wow, some how it miraculously arrived! Lol I know one thing, that â elderly ladyâ has to retire or be laid off. The most arrogant person Iâve ever dealt with at any business in my life.
This had to be said. I try to make Canada post my very last resort for my postal needs. I could write pages and pages of my horrible experiences with this government postal service. The last time I posted, the lady at the desk asked me if I wouldnât mind bringing the box out back for her.. I had no problem doing it but come on Canada post, hire some people to do that. If I go out back and get hurt doing it⊠youâre in big trouble. Iâm not suppose to be out there . Anyways, I had to give it one star only because 1/10th a star wasnât an option.

How come Canada Post in Gregoire closes 5pm and no one is complaining about this? Fort McMurray downtown post office is no longer due to the floods of couple years ago. This Gregoire office is open Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. How could someone that works at CNRL, Syncrude or Suncor receive his/her mail during these hours???!!! I think Canada Post owes an apology to the citizens of this city. Also, it takes about a month to receive express mail from the US. In short, had Canada Post been a private company, -it would not do or get away with this.

Very disappointed with their service over at Mackay Crescent branch. Went there to pick up a package for my wife. Brought my ID brought one of her mails indicating her name and address. Brought everything that could prove that I am my wifeâs husband and we share the same address. The old lady wouldnât give me the package just because my wifeâs name in the package was her maidenâs name. Before when go and get the package hey give the package to me just by checking the address if my address and my wifeâs are the same. Seems like this old lady is the only one whoâs not doing this. If I could give 0 star for this old ladyâs service, I would.

Someone by the name of Tammy called me on a NO CALLER ID & left me a voicemail stating I needed to switch my address, so I called the number she gave me (1800 number) & I didnt even speak to anyone that would have called me in Fort McMurray, just a random person who doesnt know the situation of even why i was called in the first place. I asked if he could help me but he stated i need my tracking number, I explained I did not get one & he told me it was a possible scam because Canada Post does not call on "NO CALLER ID" ..... whoever Tammy is did not state a tracking number in the voicemail she left so, I went from Timbo all the way to the Gregoire location to speak to this "Tammy" & i was told by the lady that she doesnt work past 4pm, when CP closes at 5pm? WHAT A JOKE. So whether this Tammy person is real or not Canada Post, you are a JOKE. CALL ME TAMMY.
