Anything more than doing the absolute bare minimum of their job descriptions is asking too much. I needed instructions coordinated with my home Canada Post bureau and the immediate response was “we can’t do that”. There was no attempt to even try to help my situation. Furthermore, on my (albeit insincere) “thanks for the help, have a great day” exit, the clerk had some rude closing remarks for me.

An absolute pathetic government bureau. I can order a parcel through Fed-Ex from Arizona and it comes way quicker than getting a package from Owen Sound to my place at Cobble Beach. Dis-gusting, if the employees actually had any sense of pride they would be ashamed of themselves.

They lost my parcel and wouldn't do anything to help Update A few months after this happened police called an found my package in my neighbor's apartment. Owen sound post office gave my stuff to my fentanyl dealing, neighbor.

We are so fortunate that our local Canada Post is staffed by such friendly people. They are very knowledgeable. I can usually time my visits so I’m in and out very quickly.
