Their delivery following system is designed by a drunken clown, sending messages totally unrelated to reality. I talked to their broker group to clear the customs. Customs cleared, sent to Mirabel. Then system says it's on the truck, then could not deliver because of missing information on Customs broker. Then I call and get told I called Mirabel no worries stay home until 8h00 PM it's on the truck your way then I get an email saying it's delayed until Tuesday. This is not the first time this happens. I think Fed-Ex needs to clean their house in Mirabel. Until then, DHL or UPS are my only choices.
