Dicom Val-d'Or is among the worst business one can find. I ALWAYS have problem with delivery of my packages with them. UPS is dealing with them to deliver under their name. Not sure if they are aware of that but Dicom doesn't deserve their trust.

Irresponsible! Delivery time too long! Perennials that arrive on Friday forgotten at the warehouse, Monsieur tells me that they will be delivered at the end of the week and they never come in. I spent my weekend at home waiting for them. I had offered to pick them up at the warehouse and the 'manager' told me that he would send them by another courier. Where is it, where is my order? And in what was she will arrive? I have more than $1000.00! Who will pay for the losses???? I've been waiting for these plants for two years!!!

My packages are always in Val D'or 2-3 days before being delivered. They tell me that the package is supposed to be delivered on a certain day but they always arrive several days later. The service is absolutely terrible.

2 parcels in 1 week that the delivery man passes in front of my house and forgets to drop them off. I have to call the mother house to be told that this one has completely forgotten to leave me my parcels. Thanks Dicom!
