worst DHL affiliate service, they do not follow DHL rules or instructions, I have marked my order to be delivered to staples because i wont be home, they attempted delivery at my home, and then they scanned the package as its in their location at 855 Park St, I went their, they told me the package is still with the driver and wont be here today, they are fooling DHL into believing they they have met their SLA, while they did not.

It is so difficult to get to the right department. I KEPT GETTING DISCONNECTED AND THEIR AUTO SERVICE SAYS PRESS A BUTTON AND WHEN I press that button it would disconnect me.
