If I had the chance to travel to get my packages and then bring them home myself, I would do that and never use DHL to handle ANYTHING! Customer Service is GARBAGE! They asked for very personal information under the umbrella of "Security Purposes" It was CAR PARTS from a CAR PARTS STORE.... After I sent them the information my package still has not been released.... 72 hours later. Now not only is it late, I no longer need it as the customer walked out due to me not being able to make a deadline. These people do not care. Customer support is an automated run around and when you do get a human being they leave the chat, hang up the phone or bluntly ignore you for hours on end. The chat doesn't work, phone lines just send you to departments after departments ALL AUTOMATED with zero regard for your concern. I have spent nearly 4 hours going back and forth between agents who hang up, leave the chat or take so long to respond that the chat automatically ends. This is a nightmare. I am very very disappointed, if this is the shipping company for any other purchase I am doing, I will avoid the purchase and take my business else where.

Tell me how even did y’all try to give me my order but my order is in an other state ? Very poor service this was my first and last time im using y’all services

THE worst brokerage company I never had to deal with. My package was stuck in Ontario and DHL never bothered to advise something was missing. When I called and provided the missing information and asked them to call me if something else happened. I then waited another week without hearing back and had to reach out again, to be told something else was missing. It has now been over a month and the issue is still not resolved. I highly recommend using another brokerage service than DHL.

We have to pay fees everytime. they leave at the wrong adress I had to use spotted on facebook to find my order. By chance it fell in the hands of someone honest + too hard to just stay in touch with an employee and it's too long . 5 days in my area and still waiting after my package . We can say bad things about other carriers but at least everything's better than dhl .
