You are told to leave the package at the back expressly to avoid it being stolen… you still leave it directly in front of the front door… result, it is stolen. You are real zeros, rotten solids. Your customer service is just as terrible, telling us that the instructions have been followed by sending us back the same photo indicating CLEARLY that the package was delivered to the FRONT door. You are total losers... a company of baboons would be more credible than you. No, really, you are probably a good gang of illiterates not able to read a simple instruction.

they delivered my packages to the wrong address , they also took a picture of the door and you can clearly see the wrong address on proof of delivery picture . call them about it they had an investigation, after 5days they say they delivered at the correct house even tho the picture does not match my house and address . never buying anything from any seller if he is using dhl .

I absolutely do not recommend this location for your services , while DHL service are efficient and reliable the customer service at this specific location can not be any worse , The person name Sebastian desrochers got angry at the begging for using the door bell three times, he ask why I ring three times , he heard me the first time and because it’s a wear house he has to walk all the way after he said that in English he pretended he doesn’t understand me in English and he kept talking back to me in French then he continued helping the people behind me before he give me an answer about my parcel , I picked a package and sent a package from this location before but the past two times I was received by this person with a very bad personality and attitude , DHL should know better than to put this person in the front to represent the company. If Zero customer/client service experience please keep him behind . I do not want to come back to this location again.

Everything is fine except when they lost a package. In this case, you will be in a loop where each day the customer support will say to you: "I will follow up with you tomorrow before the end of day." You can say for sure that this sentence could be translated by: "We have lost your package and you don't have any ways to reach us and because of that, we loose your package but we didn't loose your money and we will keep it". What a bad company. From now, if I want to buy something on the web and the only way is DHL, I will just don't buy and will save money, time and a lot of frustration.

Too bad there are no less than 1 stars to put (I would put -10 if I could), I am supposed to receive the package on Monday I received it only on Friday, not only.. the delivery man came twice without success from delivery with the message 'no one is available to receive it' when it was wrong... the first time it didn't even ring, the second time it rang once I ran out (in a few seconds) I saw him leave without even looking to see if there is someone who came out the front door.. all this while harassing me with their message to allow delivery without a signature (they want to release themselves from any responsibility in the event of loss or damaged) In the end, the 3rd time he left the package (the cardboard in crumbs fortunately for them that it was not fragile as articles) in front of the door without signature when I did not authorize it ... really disappointed with this service more how mediocre!!

Parcel not delivered on a Friday evening I go there, I am told that the driver has not returned. They ask me if I want to reschedule a delivery I say no I would spend Monday evening to pick it up because I work. Monday evening I go there 30 mins to wait outside because the receptionist was not there I ended up going to the reception they will see where is my package all that to tell me that it had been delivered at 5 pm I ask how it is possible because I asked for the delivery against signature and I finished working at 6 p.m. I am told that they do not know. I go home and my package was in front of my neighbor's door. Really dissatisfied with the service provided by DHL.

The receptionist and supervisor very helpful but the transport of parcels needs to improve. For 1 week he has been walking my package and today asked me to pick up in Mirabel. Arriving here, to my surprise my package is nowhere. The receptionist and supervisor were unable to meet my expectations and give me my package. Yesterday also I received another package and unfortunately the envelope was opened and the instruction was missing as also the packaging of the device. I believe DHL is a serious company but an update regarding deliveries should have a big improvement regarding the awareness of drivers so that they no longer take packages around in their cars for several days and have to process packages with A LOT more attention. Thank you
