I had a good experience at this branch. Needed to send a letter envelope to other side of the world. The process was fast, easy and convenient. You are greeted by someone who asks what you need, then places you on another machine to complete the address information, then reviews and you back to pay. And it’s sent. I would just recommend having someone who speak more clearly, at the counter helping customers. Aside from that, the experience was good.

The last 2 experiences with DHL made me decide NOT to use their service ANYMORE.. 1- They charged custom duty for a little worthless used clothes came from overseas! They also charged me what they call administration charges.. 2- They charged the above without even talking to me. To commincate with them i had to be on the phone for +2.5 hours, i called 7 times; 3 of which were diconnected, or hunged up on me! 3- They act in lieu of costoms as if they are the government.. 4- when i finally paid, they text someone in another city, who i never knew.. i found out when i called.. 5- a small package that was urgent 2 day delivery took over a week due to their BAD comminication.. 6- They're suppose to deliver it today, if i should beleive them.. it's 2pm and no news yet! 7- Goodbye for good DHL!!!

I've always had good experiences with DHL so far but the fact that they changed their pick up location's opening hours to be 9 to 5 is ridiculous. Most people work from 9 to 5 and that's why they can't pick up their package in the first place! Bring back 9 to 7 or make it 7 to 3 or 11 to 7 or something!!

Literally, this company overcharged me hundreds of dollars, because their brokerage agent does not know that a food item does not have taxes. Their way of fixing the problem? Nothing. Do not pay them, if they mess up the tax on your item.

Parcel arrived on time and I had to give 3 stars at least for that! But, unfortunately it was left at doorstep without signature even though I had not asked for this. The puppy could have torn it to bits but, fortunately I found it first!
