I ordered a product that was being shipped through them. First off, it missed its original delivery date…. By a lot. Then I went out of town for a week and set the delivery date to the day after I returned. They acknowledged it. There were no issues. And yet I got a notification every single day saying I missed the delivery cause no one was there to sign for it.

Poor company communication. Any issues and you’re forwarded to the Calgary branch. No one answers the phone. Messages you with attempted deliveries notice, but never actually attempted delivery (we are still at work, and no one came). Poor shipping times. Nearly a month now. High duties/customs charges. Any email conversation leads you bounced around different sectors of the company, only answering a portion of the question you inquired about, and no one actually does anything about it. Terrible troubleshooting/customer service. Negative 3 out of 5 stars.

Loomis doesn't answer their phone. They don't show up for pickups and then after multiple days of ignoring you they expect YOU to drive to THEM to drop off your shipping even though you paid to have it picked up. They missed 3 shipments in a row. Girl who did answer phone blamed regular driver being on holidays and apparently new driver doesn't feel like doing the job. I left several messages to speak to a supervisor and was ignored. Not sure how many times they can not do their job and it be ok? 1 star is too high for this customer service!

I had a few packages that were to be delivered through Loomis, they attempted two deliveries but they didn't try to contact me in any way, guess that's my bad for not being able to read minds. The pickup location was a pretty smooth transaction and was in & out in about 15 minutes. I wouldn't suggest using their service but ultimately it wasn't unbearable

The worst service I’ve experienced! They never answer their phone or messages. My package sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they found it and now they’re saying I need to pick it up, no delivery. If you call their 1-800 number, it takes at least 45 minutes to get through. They just send a message to Saskatoon and say they’ll get back to you when they hear from them, but they never do.
