One star for being open on time, but that's where the positivity ends. Booked a 15' truck from U-haul via this outfit. Took time off work to 'move.' No truck. It's not our problem, it's yours from the get go. Go home and Google for yourself they told me, see if there's an available vehicle somewhere else... I refused to leave until THEY had rung around and actually provided me with information. Then they refused to call a taxi so I could go pick it up! Despicable 'service.' Couldn't cancel the transaction quick enough. I would strongly NOT recommend Skymart White Rock.

The gentleman working here was so kind and patient with me when I was distraught over getting my husband’s (forgotten) medical supplies to him ASAP. He took my day (which was awful) and had me leaving with a smile and a lighter heart. If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is.
