I hate to give negative evaluation but i was impressed on how bad a company can treat your customers. I thought it was just a isolated case with me but when I saw the 1.5 stars score in Google I realized that this is a company that does not care to keep clients in a continuous basis. 1 delivery attempt, they buzzed my apt. And I missed the call. The problem is that they left in about 2 minutes. Not even a chance to meet them at the front door. How about call the phone of the customer just to check they are at home? After this they never gave me a date about the next delivery. attendant told they could not provide a next date for delivery. I decided to go to their deposit by car and get the parcel. Their slogan should be: If the delivery company cant reach you, go and reach them.
