I received a text notification that delivery was attempted but no one was at home. Not only was I home just for the delivery of this package which I've been waiting for 2 months, but I had also requested that it be left at the door. Very disappointing. The gentleman I spoke with at the call centre was nice, but there is no letter left at the door for a missed delivery, like he said was done. And to wait another 3 days for a new attempt at delivery is just a whole other level of inconvenience. Likewise, pick up would also take another 3 days for approval.

There is a shipper named Raghu . He dont even know how to talk with the drivers . I was there about 25 mins before his shift get off and he said me to wait until nxt shipper comes . When i asked him that its ur job he said my shift is going to be over in 25 mins im not going to take ur papers . Everyone wants to go home on time only because he sits in office and we drive trucks as an essential occupation does not mean that they disrespect us

A document was sent to me from Africa and I was in awe of the messages I received from DHL right from the point of departure of the document to the time I received it. I would not hesitate using this courier service esp for their efficiency of service only wish their rates were not so high. I wish someone could explain this I received at least 30 plus pages and the cost from a southern african country was $72 Canadian and when I sent just one a4 paper the cost was $140 . How is this justified esp since thisafrican country has maybe just 3/4 airlines landing at its tiny strip. I also received it way quicker than when I send it. Infact ahead of its scheduled expected delivery

Waitress was fantastic and made the visit worthwhile and memorable. However, the quality of the food was questionable given the price.
