Amazing customer service. The lady at the counter, who can speak English, French and Spanish, was very patient and explained to me about different options to send my documents. We went through all the details before sending the package out. The price would be the normal price you would get from any private postage shops or order a service online. The only difference is, here you can choose from Purolator, Fedex and DHL depends on what you need. I will definitely come back if I need to ship something urgent and important again.

I was at home all day. Left them a message in the system, leave the parcel with the neighbors. They sent a message that you were not at home. They did not ring the buzzer. The buzzer is fully functional, on maximum volume.

Was charged 93$ to ship a letter to haiti... But they gave me a 10$ discount.. Yay so I paid 83$😒...I hope my letter went on a jet and had a full course meal and a glass of wine with that price!

I like the location but i wonder why you charge client extra for printing paper that you gonna use for shipping when we Already paid the shipping fees service ( 3 pages for 2.5 $ . ) ?

You'll probably heading up to a pick-up center if you ship with DHL express.. I paid for express shipping. Driver didn't deliver at the right address. Brava to the art of DHL, starring disfunctional drivers.
