At work, we organized a pick up for Friday, they never came. Eventually I called myself Monday pm as we had no news. I was assured they would come before 4:30 p.m. and no, no news. I call back on Tuesday morning, indicating my dissatisfaction and I am told that it was not given to the right driver on Monday. Finally, for my express package will not be express at all!

Boxes arriving broken, driver in a hurry and driving too fast. Showing up there is unpleasant, the atmosphere seems unhealthy. All in all, an unpleasant experience.

Company that lost feathers... They picked up the delivery subcontract for UPS in Abitibi and it's really pitiful. My spouse received a visit from a man just yesterday who looked nothing like a delivery man. He arrived with a cursed old personal tank, left with the package and rang the doorbell, but my wife never dared to open the door for him as he did not inspire her with confidence. No uniform. Everything is good for making money Dicom Express! Purolator had this contract last year and they always provided the service in a professional manner and it was very punctual in addition to having drivers in uniform, not clowns in pajamas! The great years of Dicom Express are definitely behind us!
