Pickup of an ikea order, Saturday 09-19-2020 at 8:45 am. In my opinion, the receptionist was rabid. He was very cold and extremely arrogant. When I got to door # 2, he gave me the packing slip and didn't move. I checked and looked at him, he still wasn't moving and was looking at me without saying anything. To make him react, I asked him what I should do because I was not working there. Well, it's like your bill! Ok then ... My partner told him that it must be very pleasant to work with him, he laughed. My partner took our order, while Mr. RAGE was glaring at him ... Very bad experience, I hope he has a mental illness and that he is part of a special program, he would be forgiven. But I really think he was very hot !!

Very disappointed with this company... my package suffered significant damage because it was dropped or knocked on all sides and even after an email to let them know of my dissatisfaction, no compensation for my payment, I had to pay for the damage out of my pocket. ...
