There's a driver who does the Kitchener/Waterloo route who was very rude upon arrival when I received my package. Very unprofessional human. I couldn't believe their attitude. Maybe they were having a bad day but that's no reason to be rude. There is no reason for their rude actions.

Dicom called me and I was not able to answer the phone because of work. They did not leave a message on my voicemail but instead proceeded to call again right away twice and I was not able to answer again, at no point did they leave a message. They proceeded to call again and I had to run out of a meeting thinking that it was an emergency. The lady on the phone was very rude and said that they have a package for me and they will not deliver it to my house as I live in a new subdivision. I replied to her that I was in a meeting at work and was not able to speak to her also made her aware that was why the phone went to voicemail 3 times before I answered and she opted not to leave a msg. Told the lady that I will call back when I was able to. When I called back the lady who answered gave me their address so I could pick up the package. At no point during these 2 conversations did anybody introduce themselves or state their names. Very rude and unprofessional.

The worst accounts department in a company ever if they bill receiver instead of shipper good look sorting it, I have been trying for over a year and now they threaten legal action for there mistake even when the shipper paid the invoice at there contracted price they still come after you for the difference!
