Honestly just bad. Bad customer service, bad logistical team, bad bad bad. Do you wanna pay extra for fast shipping only to receive your package a week later than expected? Then go with Loomis. Want to deal with a business with awful hours and rude staff? Go with Loomis. I kid. Stay far away if you're able. I signed up for contact less delivery with no signature as I am disabled and immunocompromised and they just didn't do it. Awful.

I signed a form so they do not require a signature for packages left at my door. Not only did they knock on the door that leads to under my covered porch,they still do not leave it. Then you have to deal with their horrible hours between 9-1. There option for a call back you don't even get called back. I paid extra to make sure it be delivered in time for father's day and this Is now day 3 of not receiving my package after being told it will be delivered today.

I've never experienced such poor service that led to me writing paragraphs of bad experiences. Loomis leaves me a message that I have to drive from McBride to PG to pick up the order (200+ km) I look up their hours: 9 to 1? That's pretty rough. I came home from work to make the call. No one picked up. This happens multiple times. Their message machine says "Do not show up at our address - we won't open doors unless you call us" .... I AM CALLING, no one picks up. They give a second phone number "for emergencies" on their message machine. I call it. That second number says "This is now out of service" and gives a THIRD number to call - which itself bounces. How is this business in operation??? I just pray that someday they will pick up the phone so I can PICK UP MY PARCEL.

This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve had this issue. With every single package I’ve ordered and DHL delivers it. I sign the signature release and simply ask to leave in between the screen door and the front door. They take it back. Every. Single. Time. What’s the point of a signature release if they don’t even follow it. I always make sure with my signature release I put the instructions of between the screen door and even include “this is my signature release” and they still don’t just leave my package. Every single time I order something and it comes through them I wish I could change carriers. DHL is the worst delivery service and I’ve even called customer service about this problem and even they don’t know why PG doesn’t follow the signature release instructions

3 day shipping right out the window. Terrible service, package Departed Terminal from Kelowna Nov 9, 2022, Arrived at Terminal Prince George Nov 21, 2022, then tracking said it arrived again in Prince George Nov 22, 2022 Then they called me Nov 30, 2022 in the morning and said I will recieve my package that day. It never showed up not even a phone call. I called them today 12/01/2022 they don't know where it is. LOL.
