Honestly just bad. Bad customer service, bad logistical team, bad bad bad. Do you wanna pay extra for fast shipping only to receive your package a week later than expected? Then go with Loomis. Want to deal with a business with awful hours and rude staff? Go with Loomis. I kid. Stay far away if you're able. I signed up for contact less delivery with no signature as I am disabled and immunocompromised and they just didn't do it. Awful.
