I ordered from a Vancouver company and the shipment should have only taken several days. I still have not received my package after much failed communication with Loomis. Their delivery policies are not consistently understood among their customer service agents and drivers. The drivers say they had made attempts as per voice mails (including dropped calls), yet no delivery slips left behind which there should have been so I could pick the parcel up myself. My online tracking log noted no attempts made either, so it seems all aspects of the company operate in isolation with no higher level oversight. The worst courier company I have dealt with.

Not sure what they mean courier service. They called and asked to collect the parcel from the warehouse. They are saying it is just a 30 min drive from your place and the parcel is just 4 pounds, so you can carry it on your own. I told them that I don't have a car to reach in 30mins. Still they didn't bother. Tracking status is not giving the right information. It says "Bad address cannot locate", but I was at home when they mentioned that status. The parcel is in transit between 2 warehouses located in Vancouver and Surrey. For nearly 7 days, the parcel is in transit between Surrey and Vancouver. I'm not sure why? Later I received a call from a courier and was told to collect it from Surrey warehouse. Such a pathetic situation. Walmart might stop using this courier option. This is the 3rd time with the same issue with the same courier. Last 2 times, the item got cancelled automatically online. Nowadays I stopped using Walmart online service because of this courier option.

I was preparing for the worst, but when I went to pick up my package, I had a great experience, and the woman who found my package was very friendly. They lose a couple of stars for the non-delivery, but as long as you are prepared to pick up your package yourself, you'll be fine.

I don't recommend using this business for shipping. They attempted to deliver once and never came back despite saying they would, but lied about it repeatedly. Unless you want to pick up your package, choose another service!

Ordered from SportChek, missed three attempted deliveries, refused to leave it at the door of our condo building had to go from Abbotsford to Surrey to finally collect. I felt like Loomis made minimal effort to contact me when at our apartment with no ability to provide delivery instructions on their website. I am now bringing it back to sportchek to get refund as I no longer need the item. 2 stars for the pleasant and polite lady who retrieved my parcel on site even though she was working a terrible call from outside system that kept going to voice mail. I am sure Loomis are great if you are a company but shocking for residential
