I ordered from a Vancouver company and the shipment should have only taken several days. I still have not received my package after much failed communication with Loomis. Their delivery policies are not consistently understood among their customer service agents and drivers. The drivers say they had made attempts as per voice mails (including dropped calls), yet no delivery slips left behind which there should have been so I could pick the parcel up myself. My online tracking log noted no attempts made either, so it seems all aspects of the company operate in isolation with no higher level oversight. The worst courier company I have dealt with.
