First off, seeing the bad reviews, I was really on edge, and when their website stated that they had delivered it but I had not received it made me anxious and I contacted the company via chat. Friendly service, told me that they had passed off the parcel to Canada Post. She gave me the new tracking info and I received the parcel 2 days later, Was still delivered sooner than what was stated originally. I give it a 4 star as I would have like to have known in advanced that they would pass it off to Canada Post. (understandable due to my location)

Hmmm, I can't imagine how this company could still be allowed to do business. I was expecting my package on Friday and guess what, I was in my apartment waiting for it then suddenly I got a message saying " resident not home" I was surprised. I searched high and low for a delivery notice but non was found. So I called their office and they said oh, they will deliver the next day, which was Saturday. I stayed home all day on Saturday but no package then, I called and I was told oh sorry, it's going to be delivered on Monday. On Monday @ 9:33am, I got a mail that my package was on the way. So at 11am, I went to sit by the front door and another mail came @11:15am, package with courier. I came back in @11:40am cos the delivery guy didn't arrive yet. But guess what I checked my mail and a mail came in @ 11:16am and it says "resident not home" 😂😂😂. I was at the entrance door for 40mins . So please, I would seriously, seriously beg everyone to not do business with this company. I repeat, do not do business with this company.

Their courier guy named Ryan was extremely fussy about buzzer code not set up for him. Dude would not wait 1 minute for me to get the door for him and is annoyed over the phone. Then he is fussy I won’t bring the merch down for him. What do these guys expect? A red carpet rolled out for them? Although good for him for coming up and getting the merchandise and taking it down on his own, and being nice with his in person interaction and instructions, and I get it you can have a bad day at work, you have no excuse to talk rudely to a customer like this over nothing. You are doing your job, might as well care to do it professionally and correctly all the way through, including knowing how to talk to a customer. Loomis has extremely bad reviews in general and I can understand why- their staff doesn’t care about being fully friendly with customers. Should this go on I can only see bad days for Loomis and their employees upcoming with people stopping to deal with their business.

UPDATE-Worst customer service I had ever before!!! The lady on the phone is definite not qualified to be a customer service agent. She is RUDE and hang up my phone twice. Walmart should avoid cooperating with this shipping company! Today I tried to reach out to the customer service for my undelivered package again, apparently it was the same woman answering the phone. I showed my 100% respect to her but she cut off me rudely. I told her please be respectful while I’m talking, she shouted at me and hang up the phone lol. RIDICULOUS COMPANY

AWFUL COMPANY I have ever seen in my life!!! Do not use this carrier ever! All the negative comments you are seeing are true. I should have listened to those comments, and now I regret it! Please do not hurt yourself by expecting to receive any services from this horrible company! I am not sure how this company even be allowed to continue its business in CANADA! Very irresponsible drivers and rude employees! I have not seen this horrible combination altogether! Their representatives do not know how they should behave with customers! They even made the horrible experience worst! One hung up the phone rudely in the middle of a conversation! I have never seen this behaviour from customer service before!! I am so sorry for this company and more sorry for my time and energy that was wasted because of this horrible company! They wasted my time, a full two days, to give me services! Never use this company!
