Firstly, the delivery drivers are great. They are prompt and professional. However, the customer service hotline is atrocious. I had two packages to track that hadn't been delivered for 4 days despite notifications each day. When I called to get an update, the agent on the phone was incredibly rude and presumptuous. They kept claiming my second tracking number didn't exist. I even typed them into my computer and found the packages in their system. I offered the tracking numbers multiple times and the agent kept saying I was missing digits. The number had exactly the same first set of digits and only deviated by the last two. Therefore, I explained that it was the same numbers other than the last two and gave the differing digits. The agent kept on saying there aren't such things as two digit tracking numbers. I repeated that I wasn't saying it was two numbers. I was saying that the numbers on the end were different than the first, but the rest was the same. I then offered to give the whole number again. The agent kept saying it didn't exist. While on the phone, the delivery driver showed up and delivered the two packages. Yes, the same one that "didn't exist". I told the agent they had arrived and they hung up without saying anything. Says a lot when the agents are this short with people. It would benefit to learn how to listen...
