Firstly, the delivery drivers are great. They are prompt and professional. However, the customer service hotline is atrocious. I had two packages to track that hadn't been delivered for 4 days despite notifications each day. When I called to get an update, the agent on the phone was incredibly rude and presumptuous. They kept claiming my second tracking number didn't exist. I even typed them into my computer and found the packages in their system. I offered the tracking numbers multiple times and the agent kept saying I was missing digits. The number had exactly the same first set of digits and only deviated by the last two. Therefore, I explained that it was the same numbers other than the last two and gave the differing digits. The agent kept on saying there aren't such things as two digit tracking numbers. I repeated that I wasn't saying it was two numbers. I was saying that the numbers on the end were different than the first, but the rest was the same. I then offered to give the whole number again. The agent kept saying it didn't exist. While on the phone, the delivery driver showed up and delivered the two packages. Yes, the same one that "didn't exist". I told the agent they had arrived and they hung up without saying anything. Says a lot when the agents are this short with people. It would benefit to learn how to listen...

Edit; Reply - Thank you for wanting to help but I immediately opened another live chat after he 'hung up on me'. The new person eventually assisted with it and opened a trace to find the package. It should be noted that I have a physical address, but Loomis/ICS did not want to deliver it, stating it was a bad address (only contacting me after I reached out.) It is not a bad address. FedEx, UPS, and other independent delivery companies have all delivered here many times. Please don't take deliveries if you know you can't actually service the area. What if that was medical supplies for some one that is on a budget? Live Chat 'Spare Chris" said he didn't have all day to help me find my lost package. He lied straight out to me and then closed the chat without any resolve to my issue. My package has been floating back and forth between ICS and Loomis for ONE MONTH and I am told by both to contact the other one. And you wonder why AMAZON is winning.....

This company is a JOKE. I ordered an item I needed on Amazon for my business. Apparently it was attempted several times for delivery and left at a pickup spot. Not 1 single notice. Just drop the box off its not even a signature package. This is the worst delivery company ever, I'm sure there’s others but they are setting the bar for poor service at loomis.

I would rate lower if possible. The few times I and my family have dealt with this company have been horrible. Once they left a credit card sitting outside when I was supposed to sign for it. Many times packages that are supposed to be delivered never make it. We get a slip saying we are not home when we are. I always recommend to companies that I order from to please do not use Loomis !

I paid for a 3 month service to be delivered to my home. The first month was left at front door which was great. The second month the delivery driver watched my wife pull into the driveway, get out of her car, then drove off. That was a failed delivery attempt which I had to drive to Brampton to receive. The third and last package was attempted twice, but the delivery driver was ringing the wrong door bell. I corrected the delivery instructions(which were taped to the box) and waited for three days. No package. Drove yet again across two cities to get my package. It was explained to me that there is no demand for the company to supply the drivers with a cellphone to call the homeowner for a package that needs a signature. I shall notify the company using Loomis and explain the terrible service.
