Terrible company! I have took a off work for them to pick up a package they never showed up. Had to call again for them to pick up and they said you have to be home again till someone pick up the package. I have no choice to imply as it is the company we deal with have arrangement with them. FAR FROM BEING EXPRESS!!!!

The driver has no regard for the road, blocks the aisles, does not turn on any indicators and when I want to point it out to him to encourage safer driving, he is totally disrespectful. Rarely have I been so insulted. Customer service is also external to delivery. Please respect the highway code and encourage caution among your delivery people, it's worrying.

Worst delivery service. Very poor, even non-existent tracking. Customer service in Ontario very unpleasant or even incompetent. Unable to speak to a supervisor. Minimum delivery service. And no telephone number in Trois Rivières (the customer service does not even have it!). It's been a week since my package was supposed to be delivered...

Worst transport company. The tracking number never worked online, I had to call to pick up my package from this warehouse. Customer service is really lacking with the person there, politeness and zero welcome. Unfortunately the end customer does not select his carrier, otherwise it is clear that I would look elsewhere.
