I have had the unpleasure of dealing with the Loomis customer service on live chat 3 times. Each time they have been no help whatsoever and then cut you off and end the chat. As for the drivers, a couple times we have waited for a delivery and they show up and stick a note on the door and take off. No ringing of the buzzer, knock on the door, nothing. This is even with a large note on the door saying someone is home, please ring!! It's a shame that companies still use this delivery service even after the amount of negative reviews that are posted. Put the dam package in the mail, gheesh!!

Worst delivery company ever... didn't bother ringing or knocking on door just stuck delivery notice on door and left, even though someone was home and waiting. Customer service on their website is atrocious, won't help at all and then chat just gets cut off. I hope I never have anything delivered from this company again. Still haven't received my package so here's hoping it does show up

One day I may get my package! :) I'm always home during the day... Two attempts from them leaving a delivery slip saying my package will be kept at their location for 5 days. Went there and no package. I've put the two signed slips on my building front door and wrote to leave the package at the door. Not sure I will try to retrieve my package again. It will be more costly than the price of the item itself. :) :) :) And I could go on and on about the website, signage, lack of security at their location...

delivery was really quick but out of 13 boxes 9 was damaged really bad. they are very irresponsible.

Fast shipping 4 days from edmonton to ottawa. Got texts when the items were delivered, Could give a little more info during transport but no issues for my part and quicker than other compagnies that were shipping parts from a 3 hours drive to my place !!
