I was not given any notification that they had tried to come to my house. I had to check the tracking to find out where my parcel was, days after it had been received. Why was I not notified that there was an attempted delivery? And why wasn't there any slip to let me know where my package was being held? I work 9:45-2:30 during the day Monday through Friday, how am I supposed to come and pick up my parcel with these hours of operation? I do not have a vehicle and I have been struggling all week to figure out how I'm going to get across town and back to work. There is clearly very little, to no consideration for the people that are on the receiving end of their "services."

A perfect example of how good customer service can outshine other problems. Recently I was out of town when a parcel was due to be delivered. I used the website for my shipping company to request a vacation hold. Due to some error on that company's end, my parcel was not marked for vacation hold and I received many emails asking me to come pick it up, warning that if I did not pick it up by a certain date it would be returned to the sender. I came in to Loomis after returning to town, fully expecting my parcel to have been returned to sender and expecting a long hassle trying to get things sorted out. But when I walked in the woman behind the counter met me with a smile and my parcel already waiting for me! She had seen my car, recognized it, and remembered me from past visits. But more than that, the staff at Loomis remembered my preferences for picking up my parcels and knew to hold on to it for me. Shipping is a hassle, especially internationally. But despite my many problems with various shipping services, it's nice to know I can count on the people at this Loomis to go above and beyond.

Failed to deliver my order as it was too ā€œheavyā€ for a driver to load. 88 lbs were easily crammed into my car by amazing Cathy working at the front desk and myself. No cargo refund was possible as i was bounced from one department to another on the phone. Unreliable is the best word i can find, and if you actually read this pls give Cathy a raise!

Very frustrated with this courier company. I had a package guaranteed to be delivered by Wednesday but I am aware with COVID things may be a little behind. Thursday I get a call on my watch from my front door as I live in apartment complex, however I was working with a patient unable to answer. When I get home there is no package notice left ANYWHERE for attempt of delivery or pick up slip. Friday I wait at home all day expecting them to redeliver. I stayed close to home and nothing. So I try calling and using live chat. Iā€™m told they did not have my buzzer # when I know they did, cause they did indeed call trying to deliver the day prior. Then I am asked if I checked the lobby for a slip. Of course I did?? Why do you think Iā€™m contacting you. I ask to pickup and for the address so I can go ASAP as I need the items for the weekend. The lady says she will let them know and sends me address. About a second later says youā€™ll have to go Monday they are closed now for the weekend. A complete JOKE! No package slip, no notice I could pick them up and no reattempt the following day. If I had a choice in the courier I wouldnā€™t have picked them obviously, unfortunately I didnā€™t. But this is extremely poor customer service and laziness at its finest. I would not recommend them if you have the choice
