Such a pain dealing with Loomis. They call and say I am out of service area... I live in Kelowna. I ask why and they say their drivers don't want to drive there. (They don't want to do their job). I can't get things delivered to my house and their business hours make it impossible to pick up as they close at 3 and are not open on the weekend. How is anyone who works during the day supposed to get their stuff? Completely fed up with Loomis.

I order a radiator cap in a store in Kelowna , I live in Vernon , I did not want drive .So the package be sent from Kelowna to Kelowna to Loomis , there I no Loomis in Vernon . I guess I won't save the gas and time , and even pays more to visited Loomis in Kelowna . How weird is that ...

Driver could not find my house although all other amazon packages arrive with no issues driver put " bad address " more like bad driver,pizza places find my house also had to drive 20 minutes and take a hour off of work to pick package up ,guy working had zero sympathy customer service sure has changed,will never recommend ,will ever use as a service ! Zero stars

Delivery was late by 6 days, phoned ahead of time letting them know I didn't have a buzzer for my apartment so to call me 5 minutes before and I would come down and meet them at the door. They made no attempt to contact me and now I have to travel 8k to their depot to collect my item (heavy) without a car Awful customer service on the phone too. Oh and did I mention their tracking systems didn't work either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

absolute garbage service and the website is trash . i cant even get a human being on the line. i have no idea where to pick this up and they are going to send it back in 5 days . they are closed at 1 pm . how is this even possible. i hate this company so much
