By far the worst transportation company in business. Purchased $1100 in fireworks in Nova Scotia well ahead of Victoria Day, they lost them, then found them a week after! Getting updates on the shipment was painful, they were not helpful and did not make any effort to expedite delivery when they finally found them. The company I purchased the fireworks from told me Loomis permanently lost their business moving forward. NEVER USE LOOMIS!

Perfect timely delivery with email notification however they won't call in case of large boxes as well

Unfortunately the people who deliver packages do not follow the protocol to text the customer before or after delivery. My package no where to be found 😕

We tried to a send letter, the person serving us was rude and not helpful. He was too lazy to talk or walk. Left us to wait outside in 33 degrees Celsius weather. He asked us to show him our credit card through the window instead of taking it to pay for shipping. Wonder how their business is still surviving. Never again. At Canada Post (snail mail), at least you can get inside and they are pleasant. Zero stars for Loomis Express!
