My package has said it was out for same day delivery every day for over a week. After two talks with DHL customer service, I asked that they keep the package at the depot the next day so I could pick it up since I would be in the city. It was not there because the driver never scanned it to show he still had it, so the office staff (who were as nice and tried to be as helpful as they could be) called the driver who said he did indeed have the package and would deliver it in 40 minutes. And hour and a half later, the delivery vehicle drove by my house, turned around, and drove back out of town again without delivering the package. Not sure at what point it’s just considered lost or stolen, but there is no prospect of my package being delivered.

Quite possibly the most incompetent delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I got a call from them asking whether they could leave the parcel at my door. I agreed and was expecting to collect it when I got back. I was surprised to find that instead of leaving the package they had left me a pickup at our collection center note. Needless to say I was not impressed. After calling their customer service department I was shocked to find out that they would no longer deliver the package and that I had to drive and get it myself. Furthermore they would make another delivery attempt only if I agreed to fork out $10 more. I have never had such a bad experience with a delivery.

I do shipping for a small company. Looking is by far the worst, least professional of the several trucking companies I do business with. Do not use this company. Use any other trucking company they are all significantly better.

The driver in my area fails to pickup packages. Simply doesn’t show up for scheduled pickups. On a separate occasion was bragging how he’s very fast and if a call for a pickup comes in after he is out of the area he simply ignores it. Very unprofessional. When he does show up I’ve witnessed him kicking the packages over to expose the labels and see if they’re intended for pickup. Beyond dissatisfied.

Tried calling over 20 times since 9 am, never got a call. Delivery triver only put our address on and I have roommates so we don't know who the package is for, which is is reason I wanted an answer before going. So now I have to take a chance and hope it's mine
