This location would make more sense if there was a designated section (or even self-serve area) specific for Purolator. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and are able to assist and scan your Purolator package, however, you’re grouped in with the same Michaels customers. Kind of defeats the purpose of a “quick stop” if you’re waiting in a long line of shoppers. My recommendation is to keep an eye on your tracking information after they scan your item to ensure that Purolator picks up your item from the store.

There is nothing Quick, about this "quick stop" You have to stand in line to cash out with a cashier and Michael's always has a massive lineup. There is nothing quick about this. I was in a rush thinking it was just a box that I could drop it in and that wasn't the case. Not impressed and will never use this location.

Took my parcels to the Purolator drop off inside of the Michaels Store: 1) Had to stand in the same line with all of the customers waiting to make purchases at checkout because there is only one line; 2) Finally get to the Purolator counter after 15 mins of waiting and nobody is there; 3) Snuck back into the checkout lineup to ask about sending my parcels through Purolator and was told "I can do that for you". My parcels were scanned and dumped behind the counter somewhere; 4) Checked tracking 3 days later... still no tracking; 5) Checked tracking 4 days later... parcels started tracking BUT they were being DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS! The person who scanned them, scanned my address instead of the destination address 🥴 OH Boy!; 6) Contacted Michaels to sort it all out and was told "we apologize but yes, the parcels were incorrectly scanned and have been re-routed to their destination addresses"; Okay, now we're getting somewhere...YaY! 7) 16-18 DAYS LATER my parcels finally made it to their destinations... not a good experience and I had a lot of explaining to do with customers who were waiting for their packages. Ugh!

Worse retail experience in my life. Had to stay inline with other customers not sure why made no sense. Manager said she did not care if I left one star review. This experience really raised my anxiety to a new higher level

Just like others said, you have to wait in line with 100 michaels customers. It will actually takes less time for me to say f that, go home, and go to a proper location tomorrow. Complete waste of time going here
