I was not too happy with how my delivery went, but when I think about it the logistics of delivering the number of packages that they do generates logistical challenges that I can only imagine. I think they did what they could to make things right.

They showed delivery in wrong city and held for further instructions. I call and confirm and ask them to call on delivery. After confirmation it's in Regina, 2 hours away I get confirmation of missed delivery on my door? No knock? Can't pick up until next week?
