Don't trust Purolator and their fly by night cronies. There CS is terrible and their PR reps only want to shut you up to cover for their incompetence. Use just about any other delivery service. They have repeatedly lied about "attempting a delivery" and never even arrive at the delivery location. Don't take my word for it, do yourself a favor and dig around about their terrible reputation.

I have been dealing with Apple Storage and the Purolator depot for the past several years. Have always had excellent service from whomever I dealt with.

They somehow think I own this business on the Google this place!!! Absolutely out to lunch! Missed my medical cannabis 3 days in a row! You should be ashamed that I can change your business hours somehow or whatever I want to say your lucky I haven't done anything bad you deserve it honestly. I am sure some guys would even have a laugh! Your lucky I didn't mess around in there but I doubt you guys even care ! Failed shipping 3 times terrible.

Very bad service. They just drive around your package. Never attempt to reach out to customers and ends up getting a slip to pick it up everytime. Ugly shipping service for big online shopping companies. I fear shopping online to know they use puro"later" to ship my items. Worse!
